Dear friends,
It's been almost four years since our historic decision in Carter vs. Canada, when the Supreme Court ruled that MAID should be available to clearly consenting, competent adults who have a grievous and irremediable medical condition that causes them enduring and intolerable suffering.
With your support, we are still fighting to have our ruling become reality.

We are so close to our goal of $45,000 to take on the government. Can you help us get there?
We're not giving up on this hard-won fight. So many people gave their precious time and energy to get this ruling. And so many more have joined us to appeal the government's new bill, whose onerous restrictions leave them trapped in intolerable suffering.
You can help us bring their voices to court.
Donate nowPlease give generously, and thank you for standing up for compassion and choice at the end of life.
