Fellow Fossil Fuel Terminators,
The Green New Deal remains at the center of conversation about what to do about climate change. A
YouTube of a confrontation between children and Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) left her looking like a clueless and arrogant politician who has suddenly passed her sell date. The children spoke to Amy Goodman
here and
here and clearly outclassed Feinstein by a mile. A
Saturday Night Live skit captured the absurdity of Feinstein's response to children concerned about their uncertain future.
The seven articles linked to below include a set of guiding principles for an Ecosocialist Green New Deal, a reminder that the Climate Movement needs to listen and learn from Black activists, an analysis of how we can win against climate change, an Ecosocialist Roundtable with six voices of System Change Not Climate Change activists, a dissection of the Washington elite who are opposed to the Green New Deal, an interview with a leader of Cooperation Jackson, and a piece about the wariness with which Labor Unions are viewing the Green New Deal.
