This year, we've seen just how vulnerable the oil and gas sector is. Meanwhile, the green economy is growing fast. That's why Iron & Earth is excited to announce we are building an online platform to help workers find better opportunities for their skills. The Climate Career Portal will offer personalized job postings, training and mentorship opportunities, and career planning, all in one place.

The Portal is being designed specifically so that we can meet the needs of energy workers as effectively and quickly as possible, for as many workers as possible.

This platform will feature things like:

  1. A career planner to help you navigate opportunities based on your interests, and plan for next steps.
  2. A jobs board customized to your salary, location and skills preferences.
  3. A training base camp where you can find the most relevant programs for your skills.
  4. A mentorship channel where you can find and gain mentorship from fossil fuel workers who have successfully found work in climate-related careers.

In order for us to build the best platform possible, we need to hear from people who would use our platform.
