You might not have seen it or forgot about it during the current winter deepfreeze, but last fall we launched a big campaign for a Prosperous Transition.

If you’re an energy worker in
Canada, one thing you probably didn’t forget about is the insecurity
of our sector right now.
So why is 2021 such an important year? It’s foundational for getting traction on the things that matter to a prosperous transition - a big investment from the federal government for upskilling, retooling manufacturing, and revitalizing our environment to meet the moment.
Why? Because all signs point to an eventual net-zero economy. The writing is on the wall - we can’t expect to continue to have a thriving energy sector if we don’t adapt. And Canadians are... built to lead.
With new energy policy in the United States and an upcoming Canadian Federal budget in March, this is the time to send a clear message to our leaders that the fossil fuel workers of Canada want guaranteed support to a prosperous energy sector of the future.
That’s why we need you to send your message to the federal government. Hundreds already have, and now we’re getting ready to make that thousands.
