Iron & Earth continues to grow and develop as an organization. It is as strong as our team members, and in recent months we have attracted some super star talents. As you might have already seen, especially off the back of our Climate Career Portal launch - which generated rave reviews! - we are continuously developing and growing. Without further ado, I’d like to introduce the new members and recent team changes.

- Jonathan - Security and Compliance Contractor
- Chigozie - Security and Compliance Contractor
- David - Nation Builder Manager
- Jodie - Innovation & STEM Manager
For those of you who have yet to meet Daniel, he is an aspiring software developer working remotely in Bulgaria after he and his mother escaped from their homeland in the Ukraine, and are now living as refugees with family members.
Alyssa's role has evolved into the Program Delivery Director, and Deidre’s role has expanded into Finance Manager. We are wishing them all the best in their new roles!
In August we had the pleasure to welcome Ana as the National Chapter Director and ever since, she has been doing an amazing job! So great, in fact, that her role has expanded and she is now Iron & Earth’s Communities Director and Just Transition Lead! Congratulations, Ana, and thank-you for everything you are doing! On Ana's team we have Stephen, Vincentia, and Jazmine, please a big round of (virtual) applause for them too!
Our Board of Directors also has grown, and we are proud to welcome the following new team members:

I’m very proud of all that Iron & Earth has achieved, and can't wait to see what lies on the horizon. We are discovering new opportunities together as a team.
