To the excellency Minister of Foreign Affair... of members of the international community,
The world has witnessed the abnormal behavior of the Islamic regime of Iran (I.R.I) for over four decades that does not comply with UN Charter of the Nations, UN Human Rights Declaration, any norm and standard of governance, international diplomacy and International human rights treaties.
Pursuant of Mahsa Amini murder by government agents, IRI has shown another level of atrocity and brutality which is a serious threat against the human rights, regional and global security.
There is ongoing massacre, violent oppression, kidnapping and illegal arrest of civilians and students, as well as support of regional terrorism conducted by IRI which comes along with lack of transparency and accountability in its governance. Continuation of this atrocity and violation of human rights has reached unbearable level and urgent action is required.
Due to wide nation unrest protests in Iran, there’s no doubt that Islamic regime has lost its legitimacy and public social trust. However, the I.R.I doesn’t pay attention and ignores Iranian citizens legitimate demand for their constitutional and human rights, the world is witnessing the civil protests of Iranians since 13 September 2022 in 150 cities inside of Iran, and Iranian diaspora in over 155 cities worldwide whom had to flee their homeland for numerous political and social reasons. I.R. regime responds with more brutal suppression day by day, the latest happened inside of the Sharif University and in city of Zahedan in Baluchistan province where innocent people were shot from sky by flying helicopters of regime.
According to the UN Charter of the Nations, the international community has obligations for protecting the human rights, peace and democracy, therefore we request the free and democratic governments of world to cease their diplomatic relations with Islamic regime of Iran immediately, otherwise it will be too late to prevent more bloodshed.
We request the international community to a. hold Islamic Republic of Iran accountable, b. summon your ambassador, diplomats from Iran, c. do not resume the diplomatic relation with I.R regime unless followings are guaranteed: 1.the oppression of Iranian citizens is urgently stopped, 2.the compliance with law and human rights is established, 3.the justice for all peaceful protesters is provided, 4. independent investigations conducted for murder of Mahsa Amini and many other adult and underage victims, 5.release thousands of peaceful protesters from detention and political prisoners from prisons immediately.
