Sign now with a clickCarlos is a dual citizen of Venezuelan and Colombian that has never lived in Colombia. He grew up in Venezuela, where he became a professional and worked most of his adult life. Carlos moved to Canada... in 2016 fleeing from the political situation as he used to work at CORPOELEC a state-owned company ruled by Maduro’s regime, Carlos was forced to resign, making it very hard for him to continue in the country under the current political regime.
Carlos has been a productive member of the community since his arrival. He has worked with several employers with no complaints. He is a hard-working professional that just wants to live a better life and build a future for himself.
Carlos has been an exceptional man, hard working for this country, kind, honest and responsible in our Latin community and Canadian society. He would be sorely missed if he were to be deported.
Further, the government of Canada is deporting him to Colombia, where he will not be safe or economically self-sufficient. It would be dangerous and irresponsible for the government to send him there, especially considering his contributions to Canadian society.
“I want to live here, I would like to continue work and supporting my community, I’ve been living here for more than 7 years, my refugee was reject and all the resources too but still I have another opportunity with my submitted HC application. Don’t let me go! My ticket to Colombia is for March 27/2023 at 11:55 pm.”

We are making this petition to be send to the MP Carolyn Bennett, together we are more stronger and together we can do everything to stop my deportation to Colombia.
