Is Harper trying to save face?Meanwhile, new contributor Geoff Salomons wonders whether - knowing the legal challenges Enbridge faces from First Nations - Stephen Harper is looking to save face by letting the BC government reject Northern Gateway. But what will this pivotal legal decision mean for LNG development, as growing numbers of First Nations leaders voice concerns about the Clark government's vision?
