Friends,

I've sent you a lot of emails this past month about applying to the National Energy Board's review of Energy East and this is the last one: today is the last day to apply to be an intervenor in the Energy East review.

We've already spooked the NEB, forcing them to extend the application period by another week. So far over 2/3rds of all applications sent in demand to speak about climate change.

I'm asking for your help in one last push. Here are the steps to apply -- it takes 10-15 minutes at most:

  1. Click here and open this link for the NEB’s review page.
  2. Follow this step-by-step guide to apply to the NEB.
  3. Once you've finished, click here and register your application.

Tonight the extended application period will close, and with your help we can drive our point home: without considering climate change, the NEB review is incomplete and... illegitimate.
