SumOfUs r1 ...

A,

Using agency workers with no rights and no benefits. Intimidating employees who try to join a union. Not telling consumers if the Kindle contains conflict minerals. These are just a few of Amazon’s favourite things.

But this Wednesday, at Amazon’s annual shareholder meeting, we have a rare chance to force Amazon to listen to what we think of its practices. We're planning to use this opportunity to make as much noise as possible, so Amazon hears us loud and clear.

Can you add your voice and help us flood Amazon’s Facebook page?

Step 1: Leave a comment on Amazon's Facebook page (you can copy this one):

"Amazon - treat workers like human beings. Stop busting unions! https://action.sumofus.org/a/amazon-global/"

Step 2: email Share this picture on Facebook right now to help spread the message!

Our actions have already made huge waves. Amazon is now reported to be paying tax on its UK sales, and hiring some permanent employees. We’re on track, but there's a lot more to do.

We need to keep up the pressure on Amazon so it doesn’t return to business as usual. As an e-retailer, Amazon cares about is what customers say.

Let’s make sure Amazon can’t ignore us,

Martin, Lisa, Kat, Nick, Carys, and the rest of us at SumOfUs.
