Hey PAOV,The election is just over a week away and that means we’ve got just enough time to make sure our local candidates know how important it is to us that they take a strong stance on ending extreme poverty if they are elected.
Thankfully, our partners at Engineers Without Borders and ONE have made it really easy to get in touch with candidates through their awesome campaign Politics Aside.
All you need to do is type in your postal code and they’ll draft an email to all the candidates in your riding asking them to support ending extreme poverty.
It only takes 2 minutes and it’s a powerful way to tell your candidates that you are paying attention.Hundreds of Canadians have already taken action and candidates from all around the country are responding.
