We’re still just under a week away from the swearing-in of Justin Trudeau’s new government, but already attention is turning to the key issues they’ll face upon assuming office. Already it’s clear that Bill C-51 and the TPP’s Internet censorship plan will be right at the top of the new government’s agenda - not least thanks to the incredible pressure you’ve helped bring to bear, both during the recent election campaign and over the past months and even years. That said, we’ve been listening closely to what you’ve been telling us on social media, and we’ll be keeping up the pressure for a full repeal of C-51, and a rejection of the TPP’s Internet censorship plan. We believe things could start moving fast on both these issues, so be sure to stay tuned on r60
