It’s our favorite night of the year.
The BCCLA’s 2016 Liberty Awards Gala is coming up on Thursday, May 26, 2016!
The Liberty Awards Gala honours exceptional contributions to human rights and civil liberties in Canada.
It’s time to nominate someone you believe is making an important impact!
Nominations are open for one month—closing on February 26, 2016—so get your nomination in early!
There are six Liberty Award categories:
• Youth and Community
• Arts
• Journalism
• Legal Advocacy- Individual
• Legal Advocacy – Firm
All BCCLA members and supporters are welcome to submit nominations.

BCCLA's Liberty Awards Gala Dinner is our most important fundraising event, but more than that, it’s a beautiful evening honouring the exceptional courage, tenacity, brilliance, and resilience that it takes to make Canada more free, equal, and just.
