This year's deserving recipient is Sandra Moran, one of Guatemala’s most prominent feminists and performance artists. Over the past 3 decades, she’s played an important role in Guatemala’s human rights, women’s and cultural movements. She is also the first openly feminist and lesbian in Guatemala’s National Congress. Sandra is always an inspirational speaker.
