INTERNET INSIDER
June 3, 2016

Last week, the OpenMedia community crowdsourced a mobile billboard that sent a message to Netflix to stop blocking privacy-conscious Virtual Private Network (VPN) users. The mission? To amplify our open letter to Netflix and make sure they hear you loud and clear. This means driving around Netflix' backyard promoting our campaign and building buzz.

We want Netflix to be fully on side with team Internet--this means asking them to stop blocking their customers who use Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) to protect their privacy and security online. Thank you to all those who’ve contributed to make this happen! And if you haven’t done so, be sure to tell Netflix to stand up to Big Media bullies and not block pro-privacy VPN technology at DefendOurPrivacy.org.
