Free Trade Agreement Report
When Canada entered into the CCTA, there was concern among many regarding Colombia's history of human rights abuse. The government signed the agreement anyway, promising to produce a yearly report on the situation. Here is the APG's response.

Major Mining Company Loses Case Against El Salvador
The $250 million lawsuit against El Salvador was dismissed by a World Bank Tribunal who directed OceanaGold to pay $8 million in court costs. The verdict marks more than seven years of deliberations. Learn more here.
