Hello all,
Great discussion yesterday! The range of topics was quite diverse but I think we regularly found ourselves returning to the need for both international solidarity and revolutionary organizing at home in our communities. Several people asked me to follow up with our remaining events (and links to the reading) in January, so here they are:
January 21st @ 6:30PM - Socialism: Utopian and ScientificA short pamphlet by Friedrich Engels outlining the differences between various historical and current versions of socialism and the relevance of these different philosophies on concrete political goals.

The contents cover the long-term implications of capitalism (including the basis for collapses similar to the recent recessions) and the social relations that are inherent to private ownership of the means of production.

Thanks and hope to see you soon,~Adam
