WIN! Federal University of Lavras becomes a 'blue university'
Council of Canadians chairperson Maude Barlow presented a 'blue university' certificate to Dr. Jose Roberto Sores Scolforo, the Rector of the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA), while both were at the International Association for the Study of the Commons (IASC) conference at the University of Bern today.


Council of Canadians to join march against Nestle on May 29
On Sunday May 29, Save... Our Water activists will be gathering at Market Hall (in front of Guelph City Hal) for a brief rally and then walking from the downtown area to the Nestle plant in Aberfoyle for another rally at 5:30 pm. It's a 12-kilometre walk from Guelph City Hall to Nestle Waters Canada in Aberfoyle.
