We are so close to our first Global Citizen concert in Canada — and to ending three major world diseases for good.
Canada has led the way in making financial commitments to the Global Fund by pledging $785 million (CAD). Now we need bold new commitments from other world leaders to end AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria for good. We need to use our collective voices to show... world leaders the importance of ending these diseases so that communities around the world will have the opportunity to thrive.
It’s time for millions of Global Citizens to raise our voices so that world leaders know we’re all watching.
To celebrate this big moment for Canada and for the world, the headliners at our Montreal concert are second to none: Usher, Half Moon Run, Metric, Grimes, Charlotte Cardin, and hosts: Maripier Morin, Patrick Langlois, and George Stroumboulopoulos with more to be announced shortly.
