The CBC has reported that drug companies are using stealth ads -disguised as news- as a part of a marketing campaign involving a well-known Canadian comedian, a doctor and a public relations firm.
On Monday I joined Charlene Morton, Marion Moore, and Marilyn Keddy from the South Shore chapter as they presented their recommendations to the environmental assessment (EA) review panel in Halifax.
During the last federal election the Liberals promised "to better help those affected by war and violent conflict".
The tap water at the Potlotek First Nation in Nova Scotia is discoloured, foul smelling and does not meet Canadian drinking water guidelines.
