Court update: BAYER WON

SumOfUs r1 And called peaceful protestors a "terrorist threat" ...

A,

BREAKING: Bayer just won the court battle to ban protest in the square outside its annual meeting -- the protest SumOfUs members helped pay for.

Court documents show that Bayer referred to peaceful protest as a "terrorist threat".

The meeting is tomorrow, and we want to help beekeepers appeal the decision. The beekeepers aren't terrorists -- not even close -- and we can't let Bayer squash free speech like this.

Please, could you make an emergency donation to help their legal fight and defend the bees? We don't have much time left.

Beekeepers are struggling to have their voices heard by Bayer -- who makes the neonics connected to mass bee die-offs in hives all around the world.

With your help, we'll get beekeepers in front of Bayer's own shareholders in just a few weeks, and force a policy change from within.

Can you donate now to save the bees?

A,

Bayer's huge annual meeting is coming up in just a few weeks, and we're going to make sure beekeepers can be there.

With your help, beekeepers will have their voices heard -- finally -- after seeing mass bee die-offs for years. It's time Bayer's own shareholders hear their struggle and force change from within.

Thanks to you, we're on the cusp of winning some huge battles for the bees. The biggest battle will be to get Bayer to stop making the bee-killing neonics that are causing hive destruction and putting our food supply in jeopardy. Our best chance to do that is make sure Bayer's own shareholders know just how dangerous its products are to our survival.

Can you donate to bring beekeepers to speak to Bayer's shareholders?

A UN report showed that bees and other pollinators are threatened with global extinction -- and we rely on them for 75 percent of our food crops.

In other words, when bees die, people starve.

We need to stop killing bees. And the best way to do that is making sure neonic pesticides get off our shelves.

The BeeDefender Alliance in Europe is taking on Bayer in a massive legal battle, and it works directly with many of the beekeepers affected by mass bee die-offs.

They wanted to know if you could help bring beekeepers directly to Bayer's annual meeting and get Bayer's shareholders to hear their stories.

If you can help bring beekeepers, SumOfUs will make sure those beekeepers can have their voices heard -- even if it means giving up our own place at the meeting. The money we raise today will help fund our important bees work.

Can you help out?
