Dear PAOV,
Canada’s federal government is fighting to save an ineffective and torturous practice.
In January, we won our constitutional challenge to indefinite solitary confinement in federal prisons across Canada. But earlier this month, the federal government appealed our historic judgment.
We are determined to defend our court victory but we need your support to make it happen.
