Wow, I just finished checking our website data for the weekend and our Kinder Morgan pipeline coverage is going bonkers.
On Sunday we had our biggest day ever with more than 50,000 readers visiting our website. Readers spent an average of 12 minutes each learning more about how the Canadian constitution actually works.
We were able to reach tens of thousands more engaged readers because of generous donations from 63 readers — thank you so much for stepping up so quickly!
With the level of hyperbole, hysteria and outright misinformation being printed about the Kinder Morgan Trans Mountain oil pipeline intensifying, there’s so much more to do.
Yesterday, after his meeting with Alberta Premier Rachel Notley and B.C. Premier John Horgan, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced the federal government will initiate conversations with Kinder Morgan about financially supporting the pipeline.
We are working around the clock to find the facts and cut through the spin, but we need your help to reach more Canadians.
