Toxic corporate culture at XPO Logistics r1 ...

I sent you this message about a month ago, but I'm not sure you saw it. Over 5,500 people have already signed up to support this camaign. Could you join us? Thanks!

XPO Logistics is one of the largest global logistics companies. It is being accused by unions in Europe and the USA of anti-worker and anti-union behaviour, part of what is being called a "toxic corporate culture".

This one story tells us a lot about the company:

In October of 2017, Linda Jo Neal, (a worker at a warehouse operated by XPO Logistics in Memphis, Tennessee), died on the shop floor after management denied her medical aid for 56 minutes.

Linda Jo Neal was not the only victim of XPO's inhumane policies.

Multiple women have recently come forward with numerous allegations of systemic gender discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, sexual harassment and dangerous working conditions.

But the company is not listening.

The international trade union movement, with unions representing XPO workers in several countries, has launched a major online campaign on LabourStart demanding that the company come to the negotiating table to address these issues.

And please share this message with your friends, family and fellow union members.

Thank you.
