Last week, when Trump visited the UK, the country burst to life with protests from London to Glasgow. The message was clear: whilst world leaders welcome him with formal state visits, ordinary folk outright reject him and his foul brand of politics.

So much of this is down to SumOfUs members like you -- who made sure the mass protests dominated UK headlines and cut through all the pageantry of Trump’s official visit.

And here’s a breakdown of what members like you helped to achieve:

  • We lit up London with a bold message of global resistance... to Trumpism on the night he arrived

  • We paid for coaches to bring people from across the country to join 250,000 other protesters in London

  • We plastered ads all over the internet to bring in thousands more people to the protests -- more than 43,000 people saw them!

All of this adds up to a message that world leaders can’t ignore -- that ordinary people like you and I reject politics that run on corporate greed, blame and bigotry.

The only winners of Trumpism’s agenda are big corporations. But days like last Friday remind us that, together, we are a powerful match for them.

This has ignited a fire for change that we can’t let dampen -- so we need your help, A.

Right now, we’re taking on the huge tech companies profiting from inhumane immigration policies in the US. If we can force these companies to cut their ties, we cut off the financial lifeline of these brutal policies.
