Orangutans are dying at an alarming rate. We are the very last generation who can stop this catastrophe. Unless we act today, children in just 10 years' time will only see orangutans in pictures.

Multinational corporations’ greed for cheap palm oil has decimated the rainforests where orangutans live. Every year, millions of acres of pristine rainforest are destroyed -- replaced by huge palm oil plantations.
Deprived of their natural habitat, orangutans starve. When they feed off palm fruits on plantations, they’re shot. Villagers often find dead orangutans -- in May 2017, an orangutan was shot 130 times in Borneo, Indonesia.
We can’t let this happen. We’re launching an emergency campaign to protect the orangutans and clean up the palm oil industry -- and today more than ever A, we need your help.
Your donation will help us target major brands like PepsiCo, Nestlé, and Procter & Gamble to force them to use their leverage on palm oil suppliers and buyers complicit of the palm oil destruction killing orangutans as we speak.

Once, orangutans roamed over thousands of miles of lush rainforests in Southeast Asia, alongside tigers, elephants and tropical birds. But now Indonesia’s forests are disappearing at the rate of one football pitch every 25 seconds to make way for palm oil plantations.
Deforestation is happening at such an alarming rate that many animals, insects and plants in the rich Southeast Asian rainforest will never be discovered by scientists -- before they’re wiped off the face of the planet by logging bulldozers.
