Dear Paov

First off, a huge thank you to everyone who has read our emails, shared our posts, sent letters to the editor, donated to the Legal Defense Fund and supported all the work that has been done on fighting for public health care throughout this legal challenge.

Tomorrow, December 5th, Joe Arvay, our legal council, was to give our Closing Arguments, and the trial portion of this case was to be completed on Friday. However, yesterday we received word that the judge is unable to attend court for the rest of the week. Today, it was confirmed that the remaining days of the Closing Arguments won't be rescheduled until the new year.

In the meantime, over 225 Letters to Editor debunking Day were sent to newspapers across the country and we are now seeing them being published. Thank you to everyone who participated.

We will keep you posted, as soon as we know when we will be back in court.

In solidarity,

Terrie Hendrickson

Coordinator, BC Health Coalition

P.S. You can keep up-to-date on what is happening in the courtroom, and with our campaigns, by going to the case website, www.savemedicare.ca or following us on facebook or twitter.
