ArtShift BC is less than 2 weeks away!
On March 1st
we're launching ArtShift, and
we want you to be
there. A legacy project of PowerShift BC, ArtShift is a full
day creative action laboratory to explore the intersections of art and

action for climate
and social justice. With workshops from the theory and history of
creative action to story-telling and spoken word to how to create and
share powerful symbols and giant props for action, ArtShift is going
to be an amazing gathering.
Check
out the whole program and don't forget to
RSVP Here or on
Facebook so we know you're coming!
Artshift
will also feature an amazing Cultural Resistance panel featuring talks
from Sean Devlin, Neelam Khare and Jerliyn Webster on the role of
culture in art and organizing, and we'll close with a mix of
performances including spoken word and music from
Corrina
Keeling and Jesse
LeBourdais!
See you on March 1st!
Cameron Fenton,
On behalf of the ArtShift BC team
P.S. We could use your help with making ArtShift happen! Can you
Volunteer
or
Donate
some old art supplies or other materials?
