WE-CAN’s Municipal and Rural Engagement Team is gearing up for the elections - not the federal one, but the BC Municipal Elections in October 2022. We need climate champions on every council and board in BC. Our team will offer support to WE-CAN member groups to engage with municipal, district, and regional governance on an ongoing basis, and in advance of and during the elections. Is your group working similarly? Tell us more and let’s share information. Does your group plan on getting involved? We can help you get started. Do you have candidates?
