Your best way to fight climate change this week
r1
If you do one thing... ...
Vote for a climate champion
Hi Paov,
Most of us do little things every day to help the climate. Maybe we bike to work, turn the thermostat down or choose chicken over beef. But on Monday we have the opportunity to do something that makes a far greater difference.
We get to vote for the people we trust with the fight of our lives.

This election — and every election for the foreseeable future — needs to be about who can eliminate carbon pollution as fast as possible. However you decide to cast your ballot, please have the climate top of mind when you head to the polls on Monday.
After a summer of drought, wildfires, heatwaves and floods, we cannot afford to waste any more time.
Now is the time to vote like our lives depend on it. Because they very much do. Whatever the government looks like after the ballots are counted, we’ll keep pushing them to go “all-in” on this monumental challenge.
Together, we will bring about the transformative change necessary to slow, halt and reverse global warming. I know that beyond a shadow of a doubt.
On Monday, let’s vote for the critical climate action we need.
For the climate,
Peter McCartney

P.S. Public health measures may mean it will take longer to vote than normal so leave yourself enough time! If you need to find out where to vote, visit r0.
