Sunday, Dec. 12th was the International Universal Health Coverage Day. The United Nations marks this day to highlight "the need for strong and resilient health systems and universal health coverage", and we couldn't agree more.
As we begin wrapping up another year of extreme pressure to our public health care system, we need to ensure that we hold the government accountable and fight to invest in a health system that leaves no one behind.
