It seems like they’re doing everything possible to prevent you from participating.
Would you believe the BC Environmental Assessment Office (BCEAO) is going to make us mail your submissions about Tilbury LNG?
That’s right. Because the BCEAO’s online submission portal is, frankly, hot garbage, you’ll have to respond to this hugely polluting project via snail mail.
That’s made us more committed than ever to getting as many submissions as possible. This fight is too important to let a few hurdles stand in our way — so we’re going to print hundreds of your letters and deliver them to their office.
Tilbury LNG would produce as much carbon pollution as the entire city of Vancouver — so we can’t afford to sit this one out. If you haven’t had the chance to write your letter yet, please don’t delay!We need to get these in the mail by the end of the week. Can you take a few minutes and use our tool to give your feedback on Tilbury LNG today? If you’ve already written a letter, please share this with friends, family and your local community! The more opposition to this climate catastrophe, the better. Take action!
