VANCOUVER, May 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ - Compliance Energy Corporation ("Compliance" or the "Company") intends to complete a private placement of up to 16,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.025 per share, to raise gross proceeds of approximately $400,000 (the "Private Placement"). The proceeds from the Private Placement will be used in connection with the Company's Raven Project and working capital.
