This will be a prime opportunity to receive updates on the Convergence.
Dozens of workshops are in the works, taking place throughout the East Village and greater downtown Manhattan at community centers, gardens and on two college campuses St John's University and Empire State College. We'll be sure to provide further details as this massive and historic undertaking progresses.

Oh and did we mention, Naomi Klein will be joining our closing plenary on September 20th? Her new book, This Changes Everything; Climate Vs Capitalism, will be hitting the shelves that weekend.
On Sunday, after a robust two days of skill-shares, workshops, teach-ins and speak-outs -- all geared towards deepening our knowledge of the climate crisis, sharpening our activism and forging stronger international networks with each other -- we march.
