Trial delayed: Brian Days legal attack on public health care

PAOVWe’ve just learned that the trial for Brian Day’s constitutional challenge against public health care will be delayed again.
We were gearing up for a March 2nd start date, but due to document disclosure issues, the trial will be postponed - likely until later in the spring.
A new trial date will be decided at a case meeting soon. We will fill you in on the details as soon as we have them.
In the meantime, thank you for your ongoing support.
When this case does go to trial, we’ll be there to represent the vast majority of people in Canada who believe, like we do, that health care should be provided based on need, not ability to pay.
