BIKE TO WORK WEEK 2015
May 25-31
Bike to Work Week hosts a series of events across the region to celebrate cycling as a safe, healthy, fun and convenient way to get to work or school. UVic has been a major community sponsor for BTWW for many years and we are looking to have a large number of cyclists register and participate from the campus community.
UVic teams will automatically be entered into a daily draw for a prize, and all NEW UVic cyclists will be eligible to win a $250 gift card from a local bike shop.
Register your team today!
Want to participate in BTTW but don't have a bike?
SPOKES has a limited number of refurbished bicycle rentals available for up to 2 weeks. Once again the Office of Campus Planning & Sustainability is pleased to pay for the cost of a SPOKES rental bike for those who want to participate in BTWW.
Rentals are on a first come, first serve basis and include a lock. Drop by between May 18th-23rd during workshop hours to see if there is a suitable bike for you.
