Join us at the 2015 Annual General Meeting to take place on Saturday, November 28 at 1:00pm at Chateau Victoria, 740 Burdett Avenue in Victoria, BC.

Members and the public are invited to participate in the meeting and post-AGM reception.

Annual General Meeting - Penwell Room
12:30pm - Registration
1:00pm - Start of AGM
2:30pm - Close of AGM

Reception - Vista 18 Harbour Room
2:30pm - Doors Open
3:00pm - Start of Reception
4:30pm - Close of Reception


AGM ACTIVITIES

  • Report on the activities of the BCSEA in the past year
  • Presentation of the 2014/2015 Financial Statements
  • Regional chapter updates
  • Election of new and returning Board Directors​
