Trail building season is around the corner!
Hi PAOV,
This week come learn about our upcoming trail building trips in the Walbran Valley and Clayoquot Sound.
This Wednesday, February 24th at 5:30pm, join WC Victoria staff for an overview of our upcoming trail building season!
The spring season is fast approaching and this is the beginning of our busiest trail building season yet! We are excited to be organizing a total of six trail building trips this summer – three brand new trail building trips in the Walbran Valley in March, April and May and three of our annual trips to Clayoquot Sound (in partnership with the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nation) in May, June and July.
This upcoming spring/summer season, we need your help building and maintaining trails in the most amazing and pristine old-growth forests on Vancouver Island!
On Wednesday, we’ll give a rundown of our trail building schedule for this season, explain a bit about what these volunteer trips entail, give an update on our trail building projects and start signing people up to participate!
We host our regular Volunteer Action Nights on the last Wednesday of every month from 5:30 to 7:00pm at our Victoria office (#202, 3 Fan Tan Alley). Snacks are provided.
