We’re 2 weeks away from the start of Brian Day’s lawsuit against Canadian public health care.
If Dr. Day wins this case, we’ll lose the public health care system everyone in Canada relies on.
Our legal team has prepared strong opening arguments in defence of fair, affordable health care. Now, we need your help to put our lawyers in court the first two weeks of the case.
Can you help cover the legal costs of the critical
first two weeks of trial?
Brian Day’s alarming plan would make our health care system more like the... U.S. - where people go bankrupt, losing their homes and life savings or worse, because they can’t afford treatment when they need it.
We have official intervenor status in the case and we’ve won the right to bring key evidence defending accessible health care to court. We also have an exceptional legal team ready to represent the majority of people in Canada who want quality health care to stay available to everyone.
We need to raise $6000 in the next two weeks to cover the costs of our lawyers making opening arguments before B.C. Supreme Court.
