The Board of Directors hereby gives notice of the 2016 Annual General Meeting to take place on
Saturday, November 19, 2016 at 2:00pm at The Roundhouse Community Arts and Recreation Centre,
181 Roundhouse Mews in Vancouver.

Members and the public are invited to participate in the meeting and networking reception.


SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Annual General Meeting - Room B
1:30pm - Registration
2:00pm - Start of AGM
3:30pm - Close of AGM

Reception - Room B
3:30 pm to 5:00pm

AGM ACTIVITIES

  • Report on the activities of the BCSEA in the past year
  • Presentation of the 2015/2016 Financial Statements
  • Regional chapter updates
  • Election of new and returning Board Directors
