The referendum on BC’s voting system has formally begun and ballots are landing in mailboxes as we speak.
The BC Health Coalition is supporting a change to proportional representation (pro rep) because we strongly believe that a fairer system of voting will lead to better health policy for all British Columbians – and especially for those living in rural areas.
We want to know if our members are planning to support proportional representation or our current mode of first past the post (FPTP).
