It's been a busy week at System Change Not Climate Change. Employees of America's largest fast food chain staged a mass sit-in at McDonald's headquarters. As we note, McDonald's doesn't just create a toxic work environment but a toxic environment, as well.
Speaking of toxic environments, millions marched against Monsanto over the weekend. Renowned food justice activist Vandana Shiva notes in a statement of solidarity that “Monsanto [has] used its money to undermine the Right of US citizens to Know what they eat.”
We might not know if GMOs are on our plates but one thing is for sure: Big Brother is watching.
