... Volunteer with BCCLA: Applications for Winter 2019 Communications and Development Volunteers now open

Be our next Communications & Development Volunteer!

Are you passionate about human rights and civil liberties, and interested in volunteering with the BCCLA in an extended capacity? We are seeking 2 individuals to join the association as our Communications & Development Volunteers from January 14, 2019 - May 17, 2019.

Communications & Development Volunteers support a variety of initiatives including community and event outreach, communications, and fundraising support activities.

As a Volunteer, you will have the chance to support our work in all areas ranging from police accountability, government transparency, prisoners' rights, national security issues, and more.

You'll be able to make valuable connections with key people in Vancouver's non-profit, human rights, and legal community. In addition, you'll acquire real-life experience in events planning, community outreach, and campaign communications.

Please apply by November 30, 2018. Interviews will take place the following week.
