WIN! Prince Albert Chapter making strides in quest to turn their community “blue"
Earlier this week, city council members in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan considered a request from the local Council of Canadians chapter to become a Blue Community.

Last week, I gave $125 to the Liberal Party of Canada. That was the price of joining their exclusive “Laurier Club,” which gave me access to a swanky... high-end donor event featuring Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in a luxurious Toronto hotel.

Chapters This Week
Council of Canadians chapters help put campaigns and social and economic justice issues in the spotlight in communities across the country. Chapter activists continue to be busy protecting water and public health care, challenging unfair trade deals, calling for urgent and immediate action on climate change, and to standing up for democracy. Here are just a few examples of their recent actions.

Standing solidarity with Ontario students
The Council of Canadians shares its support and solidarity with students today as tens of thousands ready to walk out of classrooms in Ontario in protest of Premier Doug Ford’s relentless and devastating education cuts.
