A,

In just 8 days beekeepers will try to fight off Bayer, Syngenta, and Dow in court to save the world’s most groundbreaking ban on bee-killing pesticides.

It’s the final stages of this legal battle and beekeepers are asking for your help to keep this fight going.

When incredible SumOfUs members like you came together, France became the first country in the world to ban all neonic pesticides.

But now chemical giants are pouring cash into their lobbyists’ and lawyers’ pockets, all to undermine this victory and make more money with bee-killing pesticides.

We need your help again to defend this important ban. If you donate today, you’ll help beekeepers go toe-to-toe with Bayer’s multi-million dollar legal machine, protecting our precious bees and the future of our planet.

A, are you with us?

I’m worried what will happen if Bayer’s side wins. There is just so much to lose.

This was a major win for our bees and the planet we call home: France's National Assembly agreed to ban *ALL* bee-killing pesticides. Evidence that these ‘neonics’ are speeding up the global bee-die off keeps piling up -- and latest research shows bees exposed to these pesticides fly only a THIRD of the distance that unexposed bees can.

This ban towers above the EU and Canada’s bans on only 3 neonic pesticides. That’s why Bayer and co. want to torch it for good.

They don’t care if bee hives turn into graveyards. They don’t care that without bees, we’d lose fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. They don’t care as long as their wallets are getting fatter.

But SumOfUs members like you care, A.

And if you chip in today, the beekeepers of the National Union of French Beekeeping (UNAF) can defend the bees, science and our natural world in court. Are you in?

We may never have as much money as the big corporations, but SumOfUs members like you have shown that when we stand together, we win.

Hundreds of thousands of you pushed France to become the first country to ban the most toxic chemicals for bees.

Together, you’ve sent beekeepers to confront Bayer’s corporate executives at its annual shareholder meeting. And you’ve forced big hardware chains across the world to stop selling neonics.

Last year, we worked around the clock to get Canada to join France in banning neonics, achieved a European neonic ban, and stopped U.S. grocery store giants like Kroger from selling bee-killing products.

Can you please help stop the pesticide lobby from tearing up this historic win for the bees?
