LAST DAY to triple match!

OpenMedia r1

Paov—Did you see this important email? Our triple match was extended, but just through this weekend. We're just $5,100 away from our goal. Can we count on you to help push us over the top? Your donation will be TRIPLED by Distributel.

A generous donor just came forward to allow us to extend our JUNE TRIPLE MATCH FUNDRAISING DRIVE... for another week!

Distributel will triple match any donation you make this week to help fight against the Internet Tax, censorship, and surveillance online.

We're still $10,000 short of our midyear fundraising deadline, but with this new triple match offer, we can do it!

Will you chip in to help fight the Internet Tax, website blockers, skyrocketing data prices, and more? Your donation will be TRIPLED by Distributel.

Distributel stepped up because it believes in OpenMedia's mission, and it knows we get things done.

When Bell pitched its Fairplay website-blocking proposal, we fought back big-time. And thanks in part to our work, the parliamentary committee rejected Bell's plan.1

Then OpenMedia pushed 14,000 comments to the CRTC to inform its new policy directive that puts consumer interests and innovation above corporations.2

And we met with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Minister Navdeep Bains to convince him to open up the cellular phone market to new providers and help drive down prices, which have soared because of the Big Three's monopoly.3

Now comes our biggest fight ever—the review of the Broadcasting and Telecommunications Acts. By this time next year, the Internet could be free from censorship and available to everyone, or the Internet Tax and Big Media's website filters could be blocking access.

That's why Distributel has offered to extend our midyear drive and TRIPLE all donations made by midnight on July 7.

Will you help support OpenMedia's work? Click here to donate, and your gift will be TRIPLED.
