Notice of Motion

Notice of Motion r1 ... Take action to support Maquila workers fired by Gildan! s16
r18.
CoDev's Board of Directors is recommending a modification of Bylaw #9 to reduce the number of standing committees directors are required to participate in from two to one for the following reasons:

1. Several standing committees were amalgamated in the past year, so there are fewer committees to participate in and more work required from members in the amalgamated committees.
2. In some cases a director can be more effective focusing their work on one committee, rather than spreading their time more thinly over two.
