Eight leaders of IUF affiliate LRSU in Cambodia are still being detained, charged under the Criminal Code with “incitement,” after launching a strike to protest NagaWorld management’s refusal to negotiate over the forced mass redundancy of more than 1300 workers. The charge carries a sentence of up to 5 years imprisonment.
