What are you committed to in 2022?
For the BCCLA, our commitment to justice and equity has never been stronger. With every headline and turn of events, we often think to ourselves “this is not right”.
Whether it’s news about arrests of land defenders, or police evading accountability for their violent actions, or solitary confinement continuing to be enacted in prisons, we see so many things every day that spur us to take action and fight for change.
We know this is how you feel too because you care about justice and equality. This spring, will you become a BCCLA member to join us in our commitment to better the world?
BECOME A MEMBER TODAYBCCLA members like you help us make vital systemic changes. We are litigating in the highest... courts, advocating for law reforms at various decision-making committees, as well as educating the public on issues such as police street checks and privacy rights.
Annual membership is just $35 ($10 for students and low-income members) and is crucial to supporting the work of the BCCLA. Your membership also ensures that you are eligible to vote in the BCCLA Annual General Meeting, happening on June 15, 2022.
Changes take time, effort, and resources. And we are here to make it happen. Join us in this commitment.
