Dear Friend,
At the BCCLA, we believe better is possible.
We believe we can live in a more just, more equitable world.
I stand at the front line, working with policymakers, advocacy groups and community organizations to demand laws be reformed.
I see my co-workers bring their best arguments to the courts, so that the rights of many marginalized groups will not be infringed upon over and over again.
I see our supporters like you attend public workshops, or contact us to voice your concerns so that we can create a better and more just future for our next generation.
I am encouraged by the group of supporters we have. Because of you, we know better is possible.

BECOME A MEMBER TODAYBeing a BCCLA member means:
- You help us advocate for some of the most marginalized groups in Canada by developing position papers, attending policy-making roundtables and challenging racist and unjust laws.
- We can do this work for years to come thanks to your financial support
- You can vote at the Annual General Meeting and run to become a board member.
Membership starts at $35 per year (or $10 for our student/low-income membership). Or you can start as a sustaining member for $5 a month to support our work in the long run.
